More great news for Adaptive Cycling in Dundee with Leisure and Culture Dundee now offering this great opportunity for people with Disabilities to enjoy cycling in Dundee.
Join the adaptive cycling taster session taking place on Monday 17 July from 10am-12pm at the change centre (previously Lynch centre).
NHS Tayside’s learning disability physiotherapy team have been running adaptive cycling sessions for some time outdoors with learning disability patients who have enjoyed being active outdoors using theses specialist bikes. Now, through the partnership with Leisure and Culture Dundee we will be running these sessions more than once a week in an effort to make the wonderful bikes more accessible to others in the Dundee community.
Leisure and Culture Dundee invite carers, families and other groups of people who would find cycling a standard bike difficult to trial the bikes and meet the team.
