Dundee City Disability Sport Membership Form 2024
Hi Everyone, this is an alert for all clubs and individuals who provide Sport or Physical Activity for people with Disabilities.
Following a vote at the recent AGM, there is NO FEE to become a member, either as a club or individual, but membership offers support from the branch, the co-ordinator, and access to financial support for clubs and athletes. The form is easy to complete and records whether the Membership is for an Individual or for a Club / Organisation.
We offer this choice as also a means to identify individuals who perhaps require our assistance / guidance in finding a relevant Club / Organisation for a particular Sport or Physical Activity. A new addition to the 2024 form is a section where we ask that you upload some Photos that Illustrate the sessions you provide. These will be utilised in our brand new Resource information pack, which we will look to publish in February
