There are various stages to our research and for this first stage participants would be asked to complete a short questionnaire asking questions about lifestyle, health, wellbeing and activity levels. This should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
At the end of the questionnaire, participants will be given the opportunity to provide their details for future stages of research, which might include taking part in follow-up interviews, focus groups or activity-related studies. Participants do not have to provide any details if they are not interested in any future research.
