2 clubs in Dundee St Francis ABC and Lochee Boys and Girls Club are coming on board to offer people with disabilities the chance to come along and experience the discipline of :
“FOOTWORK” “BALANCE” “BAGWORK” “PADWORK” “WEIGHTS”
