*** Introducing Pickleball ***

Last Wednesday I was at Douglas Sports Centre to meet Fiona Hay from the “in a Pickle” Pickleball Club. Fiona gave me an introduction to the sport of Pickleball. This was a sport I had began hearing about a lot across Social Media and it is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK right now. My interest in Pickleball was to determine how accessible this sport could be to people with disabilities in Dundee. I was aware that there is Perth Pickleball Club who are supported by Scottish Disability Sport and Perth & Kinross Disability Sport, to provide Inclusive Opportunities for people with Disabilities. So I ventured down to Douglas Sports Centre to find out what its like to be in a pickle over Pickleball.
